All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your booking.

3. Booking and Scheduling

• All service bookings must be confirmed by our team before they are considered final
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion
• Clients must provide accurate information about their premises and cleaning requirements
• Changes to scheduled services must be made at least 24 hours in advance

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change
• Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• We accept various payment methods as specified in your invoice

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide safe and accessible premises for our cleaning staff
• Secure or remove valuable items before cleaning
• Inform us of any hazardous materials or special conditions
• Provide necessary access to water, electricity, and facilities
• Notify us immediately of any issues or concerns

7. Liability and Insurance

BrightSpaces Cleaning Solutions carries comprehensive liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage to items that were not properly secured or for pre-existing damage. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' premises and business information. Our staff are trained to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of BrightSpaces Cleaning Solutions and is protected by copyright laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrightSpaces Cleaning Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
